About Kathleen L. Sain, Esq.Kathy has practiced law for over twelve years, ten of which have been in Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to Pittsburgh, Kathy received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and thereafter received her Juris Doctorate in Law from Cleveland State University – College of Law. Until moving to Pittsburgh, Kathy practiced in Cleveland, Ohio where she continues her active status. Kathy is also a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania through Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and holds her license under Sain Settlement Services, LLC. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Northern Allegheny County Chamber of Commerce, chairs the Economic Development Committee, is a member of The Small Business Network for the North Hills and Butler Chapters, and is an Advisory Board Member for TSBN. Kathy and Sain Law’s main practice areas include corporate/business law and counseling (including entity creation and start-ups), construction law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, banking and commercial lending, and individual and business succession planning. Having gone through the “entrepreneurial process”, Kathy strives to provide high levels of service to her clients in these areas of practice while empathizing with the business owner and understanding many of the common concerns and fears they face. From this viewpoint Sain Law and Kathy have a unique relationship with and understanding of their clients.
